Mr. Kaiser’s practice focuses on civil litigation concentrating in the areas of antitrust and securities, as well as antitrust counseling in connection with mergers and acquisitions including pre-merger filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and similar laws in other jurisdictions. Mr. Kaiser joined the firm in 1996. He received a J.D degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1995. He received a B.S.E. degree, magna cum laude, from Princeton University in 1992. From 1995 to 1996, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Wilentz, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
