Roxann Henry is Co-Chair of Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Global Antitrust Practice Group. From criminal defense and treble damage litigation to merger and non-merger investigations, the breadth of her experience encompasses the FTC, every regional office of the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and key state and federal courts across the country. She has worked with overseas antitrust authorities throughout the world. Ms. Henry routinely represents foreign and domestic clients for merger clearance and in antitrust investigations, including international cartel matters, often coordinating defenses worldwide in the context of multiple criminal, civil and administrative or clearance actions. She has served as lead counsel in various complex civil disputes.
