Matthew has considerable experience of acting in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes both domestic and international including competition litigation. He has acted in arbitrations, mediations and High Court matters in addition to the specialist Competition Appeal Tribunal. Notable recent instructions include acting on a professional negligence claim relating to the design of a stadium, valued in excess of £250 million and in a follow-on claim arising out of a cartel, claim valued in excess of £450 million.
