Mr. Dhanani’s practice focuses on intellectual property and on various aspects of corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dhanani joined the firm as a stagiaire in 2006. He returned to the firm as an associate in 2009. From 2008 to 2009, he was resident in the New York office, and from 2009 to 2011, he was resident in the Brussels office. He received an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2008 and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2006. Mr. Dhanani is a member of the Bars in Brussels and New York. His native language is French. He is fluent in English and has a good working knowledge of Dutch.
