Darrell Prescott has practiced antitrust law and commercial litigation for over 30 years, representing defendants and plaintiffs in cases under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act; Sections 2, 3, 7, and 8 of the Clayton Act; and Article 101 of the T.F.E.U. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Mr. Prescott served as co-chair of Coudert Brothers LLP’s Global Antitrust Practice. He currently serves as member of the Firm’s Global Antitrust and North American practice groups. Mr. Prescott has represented clients in many industries — including aircraft, apparel, automobiles, banking, farm equipment, industrial compressors, insurance, oil & gas, paper, pharmaceuticals, publishing, real estate, and vitamins — in civil antitrust litigation, class actions, complex commercial litigation, international arbitrations, distributor relations, Hart-Scott-Rodino issues and multinational pre-merger approvals. He has handled letter of credit litigation, lender liability litigation, stock appraisal proceedings following cash-out mergers and Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act litigation. Mr. Prescott also assists clients in internal investigations and advises private and publicly held companies on compliance matters.
