Mr. Culley’s practice focuses on antitrust counseling and antitrust litigation. Mr. Culley joined the firm in 2008. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008, where he was a Senior Articles Editor for the Georgetown University Journal of Law and Public Policy. He received an undergraduate degree in international economics, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 2005. Mr. Culley is a member of the Bar in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the District of Columbia. His native language is English and he is proficient in French.
