Alexander Krueger is the Executive Director of Legal Economics. He has advised clients, drafted reports, and supported expert testimony on a variety of antitrust matters, including reverse patent settlements in the pharmaceutical industry, tying and bundled discounting in the healthcare industry, and deceptive practices in the nuclear power industry. He received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he won both best brief and best oral argument in a national moot court competition. Prior to Law School, Mr. Krueger obtained a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude from the University of Illinois, where he developed programs to study the effects of dopaminergic drugs on long-term learning.
